Class Descriptions

Mat Pilates is a comprehensive Pilates class based on Joseph Pilates original 100 mat exercises, focusing on spinal alignment, core strength, joint stability and over all well being. We will use some props. 50 minutes.


Slow Flow Yoga is designed to bring internal awareness to breathing and how it affects our movement patterns. The goal is to find ways to move your body in ways that challenge and release. 60 minutes.


Yoga for Balance helps you find the imbalances in your body. Many of us use repetitive motion in our lives, which creates imbalance. Excellent for beginners or those who are recovering from injury; especially good for those who use their bodies for work. 60 minutes.


Mommy and Me Movement is a space for mothers to join with their smallest family members and community to find their bodies again and make friends with those who have similar experiences. We will use a variety of props and exercises depending on the needs of the students. These may include buddy exercises or physical play. Pregnant and nursing mothers are welcome. 45 minutes.


Yoga for all Bodies is an opportunity for those who struggle with movement to find ways to connect with their bodies and find mental connection with their movement patterns and ways to adapt to the world around them. Expect some standing exercises and some seated exercises. 60 minutes.


Yoga Sculpt is an intense class for those who want to test their limits, both mentally and physically. Expect movements that include props or weights, balancing exercises and compound movement. Great for those who are ready for a challenge. 60 minutes.
